One Hour Consultation with Frank via Zoom. A great way to have Frank personally monitor your training and nutrition to get in the best shape ever. Whether you are preparing for an event or just want to look and feel better, Frank’s advice can save you time. After you sign up send photos of yourself (front, side, & back) to Frank at [email protected] and a brief statement of what you want to accomplish, and when you would like to do the consultation. Frank will contact you and set up a time to call. This can be broken into two – 1/2-hour sessions. All consultations must be used within six months. Unless otherwise authorized by Frank Zane.
