What is Get Finished?
This book is about putting the finishing touch-es on your physique. It is for those who want to perfect their physical development e.g. men or women who want to enter bodybuilding competition. But it is also for those who want to get as good as possible. It leaves out all the stops and excuses for not training seriously on a regular basis. Nothing good comes easy. It is not that it is particularly difficult because it is designed to be accomplished over a period of time: From three months right up to the end of your training career. It starts with a specific routine and retains it so you can get better at it. One set of each exercise builds to two sets to three sets and then finally to four sets of each exercise with stretching be-tween sets. This is a three way split routine working different areas of the body on each workout day.
