In place of the quarterly publication, he is now producing an annual publication called the “Best of Building the Body” which includes his favorite articles from the Building the Body Quarterly going back to 1998.
Frank hand selected the articles for inclusion in this magazine so that they would comprise a complete training course and the result is a neat 112 page holistic workout book. There are workout routines, tips on posing and stretching, nutritional info on diets and supplements with recipes, lots of information on meditation, longevity, motivation matter and spiritual insight. This book brings together all the essential elements for success in bodybuilding and reflects what Frank has been doing over the last 60 years.
