For
many years now, I've received numerous letters, phone
calls, and now e-mails, all asking the same question:
How
do you develop a classic, muscular, and symmetrically
proportionate
body?
The people who contact me are not interested in building
gigantic freakish
physiques, yet this is all that they see promoted in the
current bodybuilding magazines. They
complain that the advice there does
not apply to their specific goals, and they are right. Plus
they contain up to 75% paid advertising. There is not
one publication dedicated specifically
to building a proportionate and classically shaped body.
Since the theme today seems to be size at the expense of
symmetry and proportion, as well as common sense and health,
I decided to start my own
publication, a magazine free of paid advertising called
Building the Body. 50 issues
have already been published, and it comes out quarterly.
It's all about developing the kind of look most people want.
Building
the Body contains
body building programs, training tips, nutritional
information, personal growth and stress management
techniques, how to build a proportionate, defined
symmetrical physique instead of a monstrosity.
