2004 I'd like to tell you about the dumbbell pullover. It's the most important exercise for developing the serratus muscles. It also works the posterior head of the triceps, the ribcage, and the lower pecs. Here's how to do it: Lie across a bench with the back of your neck touching the edge of the bench. Grasp a dumbbell in the middle by overlapping your hands and balancing it on your palms. With elbows slightly bent lower the dumbbell from over your face, backward deep down as low as you can get it. Then pull it over stopping when the dumbbell is over your face.
Train hard and have fun, FZ P.S. - You can see the exact form of the dumbbell pullover in the Train with Zane video. Check it out. Train Hard!, Frank Zane
