Now for some free advice: To get in shape quickly spend 10 minutes a day doing Ab-Aerobics. Set up a circuit by arranging leg raise, stationary bike, crunches, treadmill, seated twist, rowing machine in a circuit. You can use whatever equipment you have or simply go from one station to the next at your health studio. The idea is to do an abdominal exercise for one minute followed by a stationary aerobic station for one minute and continue without stopping for 10 minutes or more. Doing abdominal work this way is aerobic as well and you'll get the benefits of both simultaneously. A more detailed program is described in Building the Body Quarterly as mentioned above.
