TIP FOR THE MONTH

More than Just a Routine
The body thrives on routine. It
needs some kind of regular training program to get used to. This process your
body goes through to adapt to what you are doing is called "getting in shape".
So find a training routine that fits you and do it regularly. You'll find
routines in my newsletters and plenty more in my books, especially the
Personal Training Diaries. But after you've been doing your routine for a
while you'll need to make changes: using heavier weights over time to get
muscle size, resting a little less between sets for more definition, and
training more frequently to reach a physical peak. Don't be afraid to
experiment and learn from your mistakes. If an exercise isn't working for you
(i.e. if you don't get a pump from doing it) don't keep it your routine. Over
time you'll find exactly what works best and if I can be of any help to you
