Frank Zane is a world-renowned performance coach and the most highly educated bodybuilding champion. He has won all of bodybuilding’s major titles including Mr. Olympia, Mr. Universe, Mr. World, and Mr. America. Frank is considered by many to be an exemplar of aesthetics and physical proportion in the history of the sport. He has been inducted into both the Bodybuilding Hall of Fame and the Muscle Beach Hall of Fame. In amazing shape at 65, Frank is one of the leading experts on active aging.
Frank is an experienced teacher with a Masters Degree in Experimental Psychology. He’s authored seven books on the mental and physical aspects of body transformation including: Fabulously Fit Forever, Zane Nutrition, and, most recently, The Zane Body Training Manual. Frank has been featured in countless articles and has made numerous television appearances including expert commentary for ABC, CBS, NBC, and ESPN.
Frank is an entertaining and inspiring speaker. Over the past 35 years, he has helped thousands of bodybuilders, athletes and business executives realize their unique mind-body-spiritual potential.

The Body Transformation Seminar
This highly educational and motivational program helps participants establish the foundation for getting into the best shape in their lives. Instruction in exercise, stretching, nutrition, deep relaxation, and psychology will give you and the members of your organization the necessary information to achieve your goals. Frank's 3 hour seminar is an ideal way to entertain, educate, and motivate men and women of all ages and level of fitness.
Frank will do radio or newspaper interviews ahead of time to help publicize your event.
If your location is more than 40 miles from San Diego, Frank's travel expenses are required: either 20 cents per driving mile, or round trip business class airline fare from San Diego plus hotel and food expenses if overnight stay is necessary.
A non-refundable retainer fee will be required to reserve your date.
